Your brief. Your information.

This notice explains how Workenza, an India-based automation studio, handles information submitted through this website.

What the form collects

Your name, email, optional company name, selected workflow and tools, project description, consent, and submission time. Please avoid including passwords, API keys, confidential client records or other sensitive data in your initial brief.

Why we collect it

We use your brief to understand your request, assess the project and contact you about that enquiry. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. The website also keeps a request identifier to avoid duplicate submissions and uses a short per-email submission limit to reduce spam.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database, using Cloudflare D1 through Sites hosting. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email or process your brief with an AI model. Hosting services may process technical request data needed to operate and protect the site. Workenza operates from India; project access and any additional data-processing arrangements are agreed separately.

The interactive examples

The workflow lab uses fictional sample content in your browser. It does not connect to your apps or submit the example to an AI provider. The capacity calculator runs locally in your browser. We have not added third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Your choices

Only submit the information you want us to review. You can request access, correction or deletion of a previous enquiry using the project enquiry form: select “Something else” and include your original reference or email address. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Information is kept only while needed for the enquiry, any resulting project, or applicable record-keeping requirements.

Questions

Use the website’s enquiry form to contact the studio about this notice. If the site is in private review, access is also subject to the hosting account’s sign-in and access settings.
